When do PSA 10s show up after a card release?

Why it takes weeks

A PSA 10 can't sell until someone pulls the card, ships it to PSA, waits in PSA's grading queue, gets it back and lists it. The queue is the long part. PSA's faster service levels cost far more per card and are mostly used for cards expected to be worth a lot, so the first graded copies to hit eBay are usually the class's most valuable rookies. Cheaper service levels take weeks to months, which is why the full wave of PSA 10s arrives well after release day. PSA's turnaround times change often; check PSA's site for the current ones.
